About the Role
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with a passion for the hospitality industry, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead our team to deliver exceptional customer service. This role will support the General Manager in all aspects of operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and financial performance.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of best practices for food and beverage management.
Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant(s).
Help manage and motivate staff to ensure a high level of employee performance and guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and quality of the food and beverages.
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
Address customer feedback with a positive attitude and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies to attract more guests.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory documents and procedures.
